Aims: Â The study aimed to unveil the experiences, coping mechanisms, and insights of the Senior High School students in performance assessments of the TVL track.
Study Design: Qualitative-Phenomenology research design.
Place and Duration of Study: Three public schools under the division of Digos City, Davao Region, Region XI, which offer a Technical-Vocational-Livelihood strand during the SY 2022-2023.
Methodology: Using purposive sampling, the participants were the Senior High School students of the three identified public schools, which offer the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood track, 15 participants for the FGD and 6 participants for the IDI.
Results: For the experiences, three themes emerged: troubles in task completion during performance assessment, enjoying the tasks while learning, and lack of resources and materials, while for the coping mechanisms, also three themes: self-determination and perseverance, share ideas and materials with peers and teachers and study and perform diligently and insights, three themes emerged: teamwork is the force behind every success, perseverance makes impossible-possible, and it is not about their resources, it is being resourceful.

The majority of self-assembled fluorescent dyes suffer from aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ), which detrimentally affects their diagnostic and therapeutic effectiveness. While aggregation-induced emission (AIE) active dyes offer a promising solution to overcome this limitation, they may face significant challenges as the intracellular environment often prevents aggregation, leading to disassembly and posing challenges for AIE fluorogens. Recent progress in signal amplification through the disassembly of ACQ dyes has opened new avenues for creating ultrasensitive optical sensors and enhancing phototherapeutic outcomes. These advances are well-aligned with cutting-edge technologies such as single-molecule microscopy and targeted molecular therapies. This work explores the concept of disaggregation-induced emission (DIE), showcasing the revolutionary capabilities of DIE-based dyes from their design to their application in sensing, bioimaging, disease monitoring, and treatment in both cellular and animal models. Our objective is to provide an in-depth comparison of aggregation versus disaggregation mechanisms, aiming to stimulate further advancements in the design and utilization of ACQ fluorescent dyes through DIE technology. This initiative is poised to catalyze scientific progress across a broad spectrum of disciplines.

The study aimed to evaluate the skills of grade 12 Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Students of Santa Cruz North Cluster in work immersion during pandemic. The performance of work immersion students was assessed in terms of technical skills, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial skills, and behavioral skills. The study also determined problems encountered by the work immersion students regarding resources needed, workplace, and execution of skills. An investigation of the relationship between work immersion performance and problems faced by students during work immersion was also included. The TVL teachers and a team of specialists in the skills were among those who responded. In addition, there were fifty-four (54) Grade 12 work immersion students who acted as study participants. The study revealed that the work immersion program is effective, showing that students gained good performance ratings in technical, interpersonal, behavioral, and entrepreneurial skills. Hence, communication skills and entrepreneurial skills are the least mastered skills among students. The study also found that students encountered problems in the workplace, resource requirements, and skill execution. There was no significant association between skills and challenges in work immersion during the pandemic, according to data obtained by the computed p-value. As a result, the researcher did not reject the null hypothesis. Thus, there are still skills to be developed and challenges to be solved. The objective of education is to prepare graduates for the tasks they will perform on the job. These findings will eventually teach the curious minds of work immersion students what kind of workplace they expect after graduation.

The ability to think logically and solve problems is a skill that students can improve through learning mathematics. It can be used in a wide range of real-world situations: formal and casual. It can be used in business, engineering, sciences, and technologies. The research aimed to determine the level of proficiency of the students' numerical and analytical skills among Grade 11 senior high school students at Talisay City National High School. A non-experimental research design engaging in a descriptive approach was utilized in this study, with 293 students responding using Slovin's formula and the stratified random sampling method. The gathered data were analyzed using the mean and percentage scores to determine the level of proficiency and competence of the students' numerical and analytical skills. The findings revealed that the students in both the Academic and TVL tracks were developing levels of proficiency in numerical skills. On the other hand, the Academic Track students were approaching proficiency in analytical skills, while the TVL Track students were at the developing level of proficiency, which clearly implies that they had a foundational understanding of numbers and operations, but this was insufficient because accurate calculations also involve the interpretation of mathematical data. The researchers concluded that developing mathematics program plans such as remediation and enrichment must be conceptualized in response to the existing mathematical gaps and learning needs of the students and then applied with these skills for practical uses in daily life.
