Answer: Ahsan said that he was an early riser.

6.) Sanjay said, “I saw a tiger in the forest”.

Answer: Sanjay said that he had seen a tiger in the forest.

7.) Sarita said to me, “I was washing the dishes”.

Answer: Sarita told me that she had been washing the dishes.

8.) I said, “I am not well”.

Answer: I said that I was not well.

9.) He said to Mohan, “I have passed the entrance test”.

Answer: He told Mohan that he had passed the entrance test.

10.) Her sister said to her, “I will go to Mumbai tomorrow”.

Answer: Her sister told her that she would go to Mumbai the next day.

8.) The mistress said to the servant, “make me a hot cup of tea”.

Answer: The mistress ordered the servant to make her a hot cup of tea.

9.) I said to him, “Please pass me that book”

Answer: I requested him to pass me that book

10.) Kevin said, “I will have the sweet now”

Answer: Kevin said that he would have the sweet then.

wrong information! if the reporting verb is in present tense the speech will remain as it is but in question number 3 it has changed. misleading!
