I think it could have been more specific, if computers make people addicted, addicted to what, of course the computer but be a little specific as to what and what on the computer that makes you addicted and yes it is 99% the Internet indeed and the remaining 1%, games. Computers also have limitations, some of which are theoretical. For example, there are undecidable propositions whose truth cannot be determined within a given set of rules, such as the logical structure of a computer. Analog computers use continuous physical magnitudes to represent quantitative information. At first they represented quantities with mechanical components ( see differential analyzer and integrator ), but after World War II voltages were used; by the 1960s digital computers had largely replaced them. Nonetheless, analog computers, and some hybrid digital-analog systems, continued in use through the 1960s in tasks such as aircraft and spaceflight simulation.

One advantage of analog computation is that it may be relatively simple to design and build an analog computer to solve a single problem. कंप्यूटर सालों से पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी चला आ रहा है। इसका आविष्कार लगभग से 2000 साल पहले था और समय के साथ इसका विकास होता गया है। शुरुआत में इसका इस्तेमाल सिर्फ गणना के लिए किया जाता था और संख्या को कैलकुलेट करने वाले उपकरण को अबेकस कहते थे। अबेकस लकड़ी से बना होता था जिसमें दो तार लगे होते थे। तार के ऊपर बॉल्स लगी होती थी जिसे घुमाकर परिणाम हासिल किए जाते थे। अबेकस को सबसे शुरुआती गणना उपकरणों में से एक माना जाता है और इसे अक्सर आधुनिक डिजिटल कंप्यूटर का अग्रदूत माना जाता है। इसके बाद फ्रेंच गणितज्ञ ब्लेज पास्कल ने 1642-1645 के बीच पास्कलाइन नामक एक उपकरण बनाया जो एक यांत्रिक कैलकुलेटर जैसा दिखता था। इसे पहला डिजिटल कैलकुलेटर माना जाता है। साल 1822 में चार्ल्स बैबेज के द्वारा पहले मैकेनिकल कंप्यूटर का आविष्कार किया गया और उसके बाद से यह उपकरण दिनोंदिन विकसित होता गया।
